Who is eligible?
Regular full-time salaried and exception hourly employees and hourly restaurant Leaders in Training are eligible to participate in all of the health and welfare plans. You are considered a full-time employee if you maintain an average of 35 hours per week or more.

When coverage begins
Coverage begins on the first of the month following your date of hire or promotion into a benefits-eligible position for: Medical, Vision and Dental Plans, Flexible Spending Account Plans, Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Plans, Optional Life Insurance Plans, and EAP. Disability coverage is effective the first of the month following 90 days of continuous service.
