We closely screen the candidates based upon the clients specifications of each job, then we submit those candidates who best qualify for the position to our clients for interview. We will schedule the interviews if necessary. We also mentor, coach, act as a mediator and a friend to our candidates. We negotiate salaries if necessary and make offers if our clients ask us to. We always coach our candidates on counter offers and what to expect once they give their notice.
One important role, we never forget our candidates once they are placed. We continue to follow up with them periodically, as well as our clients, making sure things as going well. For our clients we will host Job Fairs and Open Houses.
