Central Products opened in 1981 near downtown Indianapolis and has grown to become one of the nation's leading distributors of quality commercial restaurant equipment and supplies. Along with that growth came the need for more space than our historic building in downtown Indianapolis would allow. On the eve of our 25th anniversary, we've moved from our four-story, redbrick home at 1010 Central Ave. to a new, state-of-the-art distribution facility in the Park 100 district of Indianapolis' northwest side.
The new building expands our workspace to a spacious 101,000 square feet on two levels, making us one of the largest restaurant equipment and supplies providers in the U.S.! One of the most significant improvements to our premises will be the expanded, enhanced showroom facility with two floors and more than 5600 square feet.
When it is completed and fully stocked, our showroom's first floor will be dedicated to the presentation of more than 1500 of Central's thousands of products from leading manufacturers. The second floor will house sizeable combined furniture and place-setting displays. The showroom will be open to the public and Central encourages walk-in guests. Our goal is to have all display products in place in early 2006.
