The ILRA has been around a long time, but even after all these years few people know what we do and what we have been up to. We intend to change that. We've had a productive year and have set the goal to increase our pool of allied members which will give us the ability to provide ever better benefits. This website and our new quarterly newsletters are here to offer a bit of information and insight into the ILRA and issues that affect those of us in the hospitality industry.
In addition to increasing our membership, we've set some important goals for the coming year. We'd like to insure that the new food code is enacted and that the extra penny sales tax sunsets. We'd also like to help organize food safety and alcohol server training.
